Well matured fillet steak from our dry ager, topped with pate and mushrooms before being covered in a short pastry.
To cook, glaze with egg and pop into a pre heated oven at 180�. Individuals – �approx 20mins for rare or 30mins for well done. Family – approx 35mins for rare and 45min for well done.
